RGF Executive Search Philippines is looking for Senior Consultants and Consultants.
The position is primarily responsible for building and developing his/her assigned industry practice through gaining market shares in an increasingly competitive environment, nurturing relationships with key clients, improving overall operating efficiency, and keeping abreast with the emerging trends in the talent market and industries including competitors.
He/She will report directly to the Industry Practice Head and will work directly with a team composed of Consultants/Senior Research Associates/Research Associates.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Business Development- Works closely with the Industry Practice Head and Business Development Head and performs business development activities to prospective and existing clients
- Conducts presentations but not limited to talent market landscape during client meetings
- Builds and maintains good relationships with key clients
II. Research & Execution
Provides leadership in the development, execution, and completion of search assignments (client and candidate management) but not limited to resource allocation, performance management and mentoring. Details as follows:
- Follows RGF’s meticulous and consultative search process with the aim to identify and deliver the best and the right fit candidates vis a vis client hiring requirements
- Understands deeply client’s business as well as the position/s to be filled in
- Analyzes talent market and define job specifications including nuances and expectations
- Develops search strategy and depending on the search assignment, mobilize a project team
- Sources candidates through various channels: direct recruiting, network and business contacts, database, social media, internet, among others
- Interviews candidates and endorses qualified candidates (based on a long list) complete with a thorough assessment report to be sent to the client
- Updates clients on the status and progress of the search through calibration meetings
- Assists in job offer negotiations
- Provides clients with reports based on reference checks and assists in candidate onboarding
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS or BA Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years' solid work experience in end-to-end recruitment (gained from an Executive Search firm and/or corporate HR, preferred)
- Has significant experience and track record in completing executive level search assignments across Retail, Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Banking, ICT, and BPO industries
