Location: Ugong, Pasig
Role: Individual Contributor

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing strategies, providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to generate product demand for product installation, conversion, and market share expansion.
• Conducts market research covering, but not limited to the following areas: current industry innovations and market requirements as well as technology updates on current products.
• Determines and monitors customer buying habits in relation to product capability.
• Incorporates industry innovations, technology updates and market requirements into potential product offerings.
• Assesses the competitive landscape and updates the competitive profile matrix relevant to current and future marketing plans.
• Identifies sales leads through market coverage and maintaining close interactions with, but not limited to, end-users, technical specialists and certain key decision makers.
• Creates demand through product demonstrations and effective product strips.
• Positions the product for all markets and buyer types while maintaining the marketing plan.
• Implements the marketing plan according to agreed pricing, promotions, and distribution action plans.
• Aligns the marketing strategies according to product life cycle – makes product, pricing, promotions, and distribution recommendations accordingly.
• Monitors demand and forecast on a qualitative basis.
• Executes marketing programs and product launch based on agreed metrics aligning to business unit goals.
• Conducts product training across all segments.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in product management, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Preferably with undergraduate degree in Medical Science
• Exceptional time management skills, strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills
