Job Classification: Executive
Reporting to: EVP for Admin Group II
Supervises: Purchasing Manager, Central Medical Warehouse and Property Manager
Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
• The Supply Chain Director is responsible for planning, evaluating, implementing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics process, strategy and operations in order to optimize resources, process efficiency and work productivity.
• Plan, evaluate, implement and manage the overall supply chain/logistics processes, strategy and operations for Group II.
• Manage the dispensation/implementation of supply chain and/or logistics requirements such as purchasing, supply, distribution, inventory management, warehousing, disposal, contract administration, inspection and acceptance of goods and services and other functional areas.
• Identify process deficiencies/flaws, if any, and implement process improvements and solutions in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers/contractors.
• Train and guide supply chain management employees.
• Collaborate with other departments/offices of Group II to proactively manage logistics/supply chain requirements.
• Write/draft and issue policies for supply chain/logistics process requirement when approved.
• Submit reports as may be directed by the EVP for Admin and/or the Authorities.
• Perform other functions as may be directed/assigned by the EVP for Admin and/or the Authorities.


Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or business related program, preferably with Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Materials Management
• At least 10 years of consolidated background in a hospital industry
• Good leadership skills
• Observant and adheres to Corporate Ladder Structure
• Team player
• Should apply confidentiality and discretion
• Good project management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High stress tolerance
