Job description

• Responsible for delivering growth objectives within targeted Food Service accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with selected customers in the local foodservice market working closely with our distributor accounts.
• Responsible for leading the “menu insight approach” to meet the customer’s needs within the menu planning cycle and ensuring alignment with consumer and market needs.
• Able to build strong relationships to understand customer’s requirements and to promote key deliverables of the Kerry product offering.
• Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Manage day-to-day customer engagement and customer acquisition activities of the Food Service distributor; ensure that Kerry products are consistently in their sales priorities.
• Use a menu insight selling approach that addresses customer/consumer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop a commercial account plan.
• Implementation commercial account plan aligning internal resource network.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
• Managing the interaction of all customer stakeholders – Chef, R&D, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing (Procurement and Supply Chain) Operations etc.
• Coordinate the cross functional collaboration Kerry personnel, including supply chain, customer service, development chef, RD&A, marketing, and management resources, to strengthen relationships and meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
• Work closely with distributor sales representatives to establish and maintain relationship with key customers.
• Achieves assigned sales targets in designated accounts – distributor and local chains.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability and performance.
• Achieves strategic customer and distributor account plans that meet Kerry standards.
• Manages pipeline of new business and new product launches.


• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Business Management/Food Science or any related field.
• At least 5 to 8 years’ work experience in commercial environment, preferably in Food Service.
• Must have a network of Food Service key accounts in the FSR, QSR, and Bakery channels that can be immediately accessed on the onset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good project management skills – demonstrating leadership qualities to lead project teams.
• Team player with ability to work independently – self driven.
• Assertive, yet personable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to changing demands and to meet deadlines.
