Job description

1. Ensure overall business growth:
• Topline sales
• Gross Margin/ Gross Profit
• Efficient use of A&P budget
• Inventory Management
• Brand Management
• Brand Building
• New Product Development
• Product line control
• Brand Promotions

2. Develop 2-3 year strategies and annual plans

3. Works collaboratively to shape tactical and long term category/brand strategies to align with other departments and groups

4. Supervises the brand groups under her and provides continuous coaching and development that leads to improved performance to support business objectives.


• Marketing professional with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience
• Strong in brand building and consumer appeal
• Exposure to digital marketing is an advantage
