Job description

• Focus on acquiring and retaining patients on Baxter Peritoneal Dialysis (PD). Own entire patient value chain and work closely with support functions (Distributor, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical Services, to improve patient and HCP experience on Baxter PD.
• Ensure full adherence to the interactions and third party policy as well as comply with any regulatory requirements when engaging with customers.
• Lead expansion of Peritoneal Dialysis centres in the country and service/support the existing centres.
• Develop and drive patient awareness, acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Work closely with hospitals, finance department and patients to reduce and manage accounts receivables.
• Responsible for giving quotes to patients/hospitals, its approval, communication to the concerned and ensuring billing accuracy by Customer Service department.
• Prepare annual sales forecast and participate in the determination of market potential and in preparation of sales activities related expense estimates.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement patient and customer centric marketing programs and projects.
• Recommend product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes. Validate and modify monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts as needed based on market trends.
• Establish and build a strong relationship with key opinion leaders, country HCPs Societies and key healthcare professionals in target segments to establish therapy selection guidelines and build Baxter brand awareness.
• Lead contract & tenders bidding and execution post award to achieve planned business results.
• Supports team capabilities and utility of marketing resources/processes in line with commercial strategy.
• Build strong team spirit by setting clear directions, clarifying expectations, providing support, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and constantly engaging team to drive retention.
• Work closely with Distributor, Technical, Supply Chain, etc. to improve overall patient satisfaction on Baxter products and services.
• Support Market Development and Market Access initiatives.
