Job description

Status: New position
Location: Luzon or VisMin
Reports to: GM - PH
Role: Individual Contributor

Job Responsibilities

 The essential duties of the Technical Sales Representative Philippines include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Establish area budgets and manage the operating profit and loss contributions for the
designated area of business, to meet budgets.
 Reports pro-actively all activities in the markets; tracks and forecasts progress of sales
and marketing programs.
 Implements sales, marketing and technical support for influencers, sub distributors and
customers in the market.
 Leads local sub distributor’s sales/technical teams. Proactively works with the team to
focus activities on meeting sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
 Identifies and implements new business opportunities
 Provides key account management support
 Implements and maintains a customer intelligence system.
 Travels extensively within the area and also to other parts of the Philippines to assist if
 Adopts product management role if/as required by GM Philippines


Job Qualifications

 A life sciences degree (DVM, BSci) is required and an advanced degree is beneficial
 Extensive knowledge of poultry and swine livestock industry in Philippines, hands on
experience is an advantage
 Extensive network connection with veterinary/nutritionist consultants is an advantage
 Strong working knowledge of computers and various software programs
 Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
 Must be proactive
 Must be able to utilize informational resources
 Have excellent oral and written communication skills
 Must be able to interact with all levels of management
