Job description

Status: Replacement
Location: Ugong, Pasig
Area: Nationwide
Reports to: COO
Manages: 4 Supervisors and 8 sales staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements long-range plans and short-range plans of the business unit; defines sales strategies in line with the objectives of Sales.
• Manages all sales activities of the business unit; responsible for delivery of national sales target, collection management, and profitability of the business unit; oversees the implementation of the sales and operational strategies in order to maximize sales and meet consumer demands in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Manages the Sales teams, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high quality performance and staff pride in execution of tasks; leads and influences successful and experienced team of Sales managers (RSMs); creates awareness to the people of the Company products. Play a dynamic and proactive role between customers & the company.
• Leads in the development of sales infrastructure and organization of sales team to ensure constant renewal of skills and resources in line with business needs and market development.
• Establishes strong product portfolio management, detailing and channel development competencies in sales team.
• Promotes building and maintenance of effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies
• Monitors, analyzes sales and market trends.
• Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget.
• Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
• As a member of the management team contributes towards formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable achievement of Company’s overall business plans.


Job Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in sales, with at least 10 years professional experience.
• Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills.
• Excellent PLOC skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• With undergraduate degree in Business, with graduate degree preferred.
