Job description

The AD/AM “owns” the assigned account and shall have full accountability and visibility of:

- Account’s P&L and growth;
- Customer satisfaction;
- All on-going projects, opportunities and pipelines outside Globe market.


1. Engage and work with other stakeholders to penetrate account, including joint account planning with customer where applicable;
2. Be the single point of contact for customers into the organization, management and activities;
3. Develop and execute Key Account Plan to secure a larger wallet share and entrench account both from depth (domain) as well as breadth (full suite oservice offerings);
4. Review and update Management on account performance;
5. The proposal manager is usually the AD/AM and is accountable for the overall proposal preparation
6. At least 10-15 years relevant experience in enterprise account management roles;
7. History of successful wins of opportunities in $2M and above bid value range;
8. Possesses the professional disciplines and demonstrated competence in the strategic key account management process, including but not limited to account planning and execution, stakeholder analysis;
9. This is an individual contributor role, but AD/AM must have proven ability to lead and influence in cross-functional team settings;
10. Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
11. Has industry experience in selling to customers from various sectors (e.g. telco, FSI, media, utilities, commercial, manufacturing, BPO);



Essential for this role
Education and Qualifications University degree in business or computer science or related field.

Work Experience
Technical / Professional Skills : Please provide at least 3
1. Knowledge of mobile back end system and IT Infrastructure.
2. Exposure in SI solution selling in emerging technologies (e.g. digital transformation [SMAC & IOT technologies], enterprise portals, infrastructure solutions, managed services, business applications);
3. Knowledge in Cyber Security Products and Services

Non-Technical / Soft Skills

4. Is self-motivated to learn new domains and self-enhance his/her personal and professional competencies.
5. Must have the ability to balance internal support required vs size of opportunity
