Job description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing the team to ensure order processing is completed in a timely manner.
2. Independently working on warehouse, consignment and Inventory management.
3. Monthly meeting with 3PL service providers to ensure KPI and quality standards are
met.
4. Working with the team for continuous process improvement to improve efficiencies.
5. Challenging the existing process and identifying and eliminating NVA (non value
added works)
6. Collaborating with the cross functional team to support and meet the country inventory
requirement.
7. Consignment Management: Put an exceptionable process in place to manage
accountability with operations and sales teams.
8. Responsible for imports of products, TP setting and compliance to all regulatory
requirement

Key Activities:
1. Maintain optimum inventory levels to meet the planned DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand)
targets.
2. Planning and budget of expense and inventory
3. Reduction of slow moving or nonmoving inventory to reduce inventory reserves.
4. New product launch planning with sales teams
5. Support customer service to help complete the order processing in time
6. Manage Used and Unbilled products to ensure billings.
7. Working with service providers for timely and accurate delivery of products
8. Warehouse Management in line with Quality objectives.
9. Operations process improvements to improve efficiencies.
10. Collaborating with sales team to visit consignment sites for cycle count
11. Timely reconciliation, invoicing and revenue recognition.
12. Working closely with Regional Demand Planner to ensure appropriate product
availability in the country
13. Identifying NVA (Non value added work) and eliminating it.

Requirements

Requirements for this position
• At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain management in
FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to organize and prioritize work
• Demonstrate advance level of computer literacy (Excel skills) with high numerical
accuracy
• Good in-depth knowledge of analyzing and working as a team to solve issues
and provide solutions
• Experience in working in SAP will be added advantage.

Qualification:
• Management or Post graduate in Supply Chain Management / Distribution
Management or Operations
• Graduate can be considered with more than 7 years’ experience with experience in
Medical Device Supply Chain Management
Competencies:
• Speaks and understands English on a Business level
• Understands all of the Distribution and logistics actions + transactions.
• Understands the role of finance at the customer and its impact on their business.
• Able to recognize and handle proactively any reconciliation issues
• Can advise customers on the best way to receive goods and has had some exposure to
Value Added Services
• Able to design and configure databases/ spreadsheets for departmental use
• Coach and support others in Process mapping
• Good presentation skills
• Customer focused
• Ability to work under pressure and able to find solutions
