Job description

Responsible for the tactical execution of audit procedures, programs and policies in providing management with information on the optimization of assets and resources and improvements on accuracies and efficiencies.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly conducts audit fieldworks on all provincial branches nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). This includes the ff:
o Confirmation of overdue accounts
o Direct confirmation of salesman’s itinerary/DAR, etc.
o Conduct cash count whenever possible
• Checking of accountable forms
• Checks and reviews Revolving Fund Replenishment Report of all sales personnel (ASAM, SAM. RSM, SSM)
• Conducts internal control reviews to identify its weakness and subsequently recommend possible improvements
• Assists management in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
• Daily checking and monitoring of Cash Advances, Reimbursements, Cash Advance Liquidations, etc.
• Do evaluations and analysis of expenses of the company
• Assists in conducting quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory count
• Post audit checking of sales commission computations and releases
• Checking of sales promo/contests results prior to releasing of prizes
• Checking of fleet card summary (statement) prior to preparation of Request for Payment
• Issuance and safekeeping of accountable forms (OR, PR, RFRR, DTE)
• Supervises and trains subordinates to ensure work is properly accomplished
• Other special assignments that may be assigned from time to time
