A Startup FinTech software company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Philippines Office. As an Inside Sales Specialist ,you will be part of a company that will shape the future of the banking and finance industry in Asia.
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for helping the company grow by bringing in new clients and developing business.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Reach out to prospects via telephone and email.
• Set appointments for Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
