Our client is a global company in the Marketing Automation SaaS space. They are currently looking for a Country Sales Manager to help drive their entry and growth in the Philippines. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in India, US and other locations, our client is one of the top global martech solutions servicing both the B2B and B2C segments.
The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for full sales cycle, strategic sales roles, pursuing expanded license sales with existing or new customers in the defined region co-selling along with their partner landscape.
The person who will be hired for this position is also expected to;
● Understanding clients nature of business, organization, technology, products and domain.
● Conceptualizing and executing strategy and market plans for increase sales growth and business development.
● Manage accounts assigned by maintaining relationships with Top Management & meeting their expectations.
● Direct ownership of CxO relationships in the accounts assigned and generated/introduced by oneself
● Developing new corporate clients and establishing long term relation with them
● Coordinating with Vendors and Principals to get the best prices and in closing the deals.
● Responsible for end to end ownership of the accounts starting from lead generation to payment collection.
● Develop and execute the client account strategy that clearly defines how the company will help the client grow and differentiate it.
● Maintain cordial relationship with clients.
● Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
To be considered for this position, you must have;
● Solution selling of enterprise CRM or marketing software products - either onpremise or cloud (i.e. Adobe Marketing Cloud, IBM SilverPop, Oracle Marketing Cloud, SAP Hybris, Marketo)
● A sales hunter with experience in the Marketing Automation Space
● Proven track record of handling and closing several high value deals
● Experience handling large conglomerates in Philippines
● Sold into BU Heads/ C-level execs and not only IT
● A self-starter and independent sales person behaviour
● Great Articulation, Presentation skills
