Position Level: Senior Officer to Assistant Manager
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Location: Makati

Purpose of the Position:
 The ‘Finance Business Analyst’ will be required to help manage the relationship with Finance stakeholders, developing credibility through challenge, influence, and support to senior stakeholders, helping to drive forward the goals of the Affiliate
 Work with the Finance Manager and business partners to ensure the development of action plans for improvements of revenues/ cost savings, support their implementation and control results

Core tasks and responsibilities:
 Support the local FD/s with KPI’s and efficiency calculations
 Generate profitability calculations for the evaluation of investments, projects and conduct performance reviews for projects and investments
 Provide input to the Functional Finance Business Partners on financial assumptions for the planning process (i.e. rolling forecasts)
 Support the provision of accurate and timely reporting and budgeting
 Provide financial insight, quality analysis and commercial recommendations to support informed decision making
 Influence the planning strategy to ensure effective and efficient process and manage the communication with local entities on BRM’s, budgets etc.
 Support monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecast/budget data on regional level that drives business decision making
 Improve forecast accuracy, ensuring that risks & opportunities are well understood within down to Affiliate level
 Ensure that early warnings are effectively communicated and are input in to the development of development of scenarios and action plans.
 Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business


Professional competencies:
 Must have CPA license. CMA and/or MBA is a plus.
 With at least 4 years experience in the Pharmaceutical business
 Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint
 Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver accurate results
 Strong reporting and analytical skills
 Knowledgeable in SAP, Concur, and Anaplan systems
