Job description

As Country Manager the position is responsible for driving the growth of the business in the Philippines. S/he will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization and sales program implementation. Fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization’s efficient operation and success.


To be considered for this role, you must have;

● 12 - 18 years of relevant direct sales experience of enterprise software products
● A sales hunter with experience in either Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics Space
● Proven track record of handling and closing several high value deals
● Experience handling large conglomerates in Philippines
● Sold into BU Heads/ C-level execs and not only IT
● A self-starter and independent sales person behavior
● Great Articulation, Presentation skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field is a must. Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
