Reporting to: Country Finance Manager
Direct Reports: Financial Reporting & Supply Chain Finance Assistant Manager and Financial Planning & Reporting Supervisor
Location: Pasay

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Country Finance Manager, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Leaders in executing the company's strategy. Provide accurate measures and evaluations of business performance. Play a significant support role to refine decision making and ensure the commercial and financial soundness of decisions. Effectively and efficiently manage financial planning and reporting and supply chain finance functions. Align processes and systems as necessary to achieve strategic and operational goals. Ensure a balanced approach to business partnering and internal control measures.

Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of his/her team.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Monitor and help manage business performance. Provide relevant, accurate and timely financial information and insight to support the achievement of the Company's financial goals on sales, profitability and cash flow.
Satisfy reporting requirements such as but not limited to the submission of weekly sales reports, Plan, forecast, and actual results and related schedules and analyses.
Proactively partner with business heads for commercial success, long term growth and value creation. Actively participate and provide inputs in the planning process and cross functional meets
Co-design and/or evaluate change initiatives. Review commercial plans and investment proposals. Inject rigor in decision-making.
Facilitate approval process for initiatives (e.g., international summit challenges, investment proposals and other projects).
Review results of financial and commercial decisions and promote accountability; flag risks and work with management team to change course as needed.
Ensure effective and efficient policies and controls are in place in the areas of promotion expense management, inventory management and standard costing. Ensure compliance to TW Global policies and standards while balancing with local realities.
Carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities assigned by the Country Finance Manager.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

Experience in dealing with a diversified multi-cultural organization.
Commercially aware, thinks strategically, able to balance financial discipline with commercial support.
Must be able to implement effective policies and procedures and continually improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Team-oriented leadership; flexibility; resourcefulness; decisiveness; ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Strong organizational knowledge and the ability to lead projects to completion.
Influential at all levels and strong ability to work with a senior leadership team.
Crisis management: must be able to work calmly and effectively during crisis.
Communications skills: Good command of written and verbal communication.
Good listening skills: must be able and willing to listen to other people's opinion.
Self-motivated and innovative attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Accounting: preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
Minimum 3 years in Finance leadership role, preferably a multinational company, and in roles that required collaboration with sales and marketing. Balanced experience in controllership and business partnering will be a huge advantage.
Effective business communication skills.
