Job description

As a Senior Sales Manager you will manage the end-to-end activities involved in the sale of products and/or services within an established territory, for a specific product segment or to existing accounts to ensure revenue growth in support of the company's revenue goals, strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization and sales program implementation. You will fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization’s efficient operation and success.


To be considered for this role, you mush have;

• 10+ years of relevant direct sales experience of complex solution selling in the banking and financial services industry (FSI).
• A sales hunter with knowledge of financial banking and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
• Proven track record of handling and closing several high value deals
• Sold into BU Heads/ C-level execs and not only IT
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public.
• A self-starter and independent sales person behavior
• Great Articulation, Presentation skills
• Strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
