Job description

*Interacts directly with customers across all communications touchpoints (email, SMS, phone calls, etc.), ensuring that customer problems are addressed quickly and efficiently
*Liaises with internal and external parties with regard to customer-related concerns
*Helps to manage and improve on the membership program
*Ensures that all requirements in relation to the membership program are completed
*Helps to maintain and manage the Membership Mobile App
*Analyses customer data to propose actionable recommendations that aim to build customer lifetime value and customer loyalty
*Manages customer database and ensures data accuracy and integrity
*Conducts customer research, surveys, and other relevant studies
*Executes targeted customer marketing campaigns such as automated e-mailers, mailing insets, SMS communications, push notifications, among others

Requirements

*At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field
*Experience in market research or loyalty programs is a plus
