Job description

*Define and execute go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for new feature launches.
*Develop messages, collaterals, events, and business strategies to aim at acquiring merchants and buyers.
*Write-up lessons learnt to support best practices eCommerce marketing playbook including media planning, execution & creative optimization.
*Use quantitative methods, models and research to help the brand better understand merchants, buyers, and suppliers behavior to provide important feedback back to the product and strategic development cycle.

Requirements

*In-depth understanding with local market, especially local culture and e-commerce trend.
*Familiar with local social media influencers and digital marketing.
*Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter.
*Logical thinking, can deliver result with quantity and quality.
*Able to optimize against relevant KPIs & commercial goals.
*Possess strong marketing tools and analytic knowledge, including ASO, SEO, GA, FB business manager.
*Attitude to learn fast, to absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies.
