Job description

Role: Managerial
Status: Additional/Pioneer

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell range of medical device (i.e. injectable filler) to medical aesthetic doctors.
• Prepare sales forecast.
• Perform market survey to do competitor analysis.
• Oversee the sales performance of the team.
• Perform training sessions for all new sales staff.
• Carry out regular training sessions cum operational meetings for refresher training, new product launches, promotional activities, feedback on sales performance and competitors’ information, etc.
• Joint calls to find out more about each territory’s performance as well as to allow one-to-one session with sales staff to feedback on job performance, morale or operational issues, etc.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the brand’s marketing plans / product launches.
• Ensure execution of marketing plan can fulfil sales objectives.
• Budget control for planning costs, during development costs as well as execution costs.


Key Requirements
• University Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience with strong track record of achievement of sales targets.
• Possess strong leadership quality with experience in managing a sales team.
• Dynamic, motivated and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
