RGF Executive Search Philippines took part in the 37th National Conference of Employers organized by the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) held last Jul 13-14, 2016 at Marriot Hotel. Our very own Director, Rubi Benitez was invited as one of the keynote panel speakers to represent the private sector together with Ms. Rosanna Urdaneta, Deputy Director General for Policies and Planning of Technical Education and Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) and Mr. Luis Alberto Anastacio III, President and CEO of SFI Group for SFI Group’s Philippine Talent Map Initiative.

They focused on a topic for Human Capital Requirements for an Emerging Tiger Economy. The three speakers assured the public that both private and public employers are continuously raising their efforts in training, research and curriculum development to meet the standards of the ever-increasing demands for manpower requirements.
Rubi was also given the chance to introduce RGF during the panel discussion as our new brand name. When asked to share the most highly sought-after skill for an applicant in any organization, Rubi pointed out that cultural fit plays the biggest role. She spoke on behalf of private employers and executive recruitment firms as she clearly stipulated the demand of the private companies to look for applicants with versatility in coping with any working environment, multinational and cultural diversity.
