RGF Executive Search Philippines participated in the 35th Honor Your Staff Day last February 23, 2018 at the Manila Ballroom of Mariott Hotel Manila. This event sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) of the Philippines aimed to recognize and express appreciation for the valuable contribution of the members' staff. Event attendees were AmCham partners and sponsors, executive leaders and distinguished guests from different business sectors.

Five delegates from the RGF Team joined the activity. The program started with the singing of national anthems followed by song performances and then lunch was served afterward. The event was hosted by Karel Marquez, a known actress and performer.

Dr. Queena Lee-Chua, an established professor and writer, also talked about how bosses and staff must work together to create a collaborative and productive work environment. She emphasized that the values of respect, honesty and integrity must be the foundation of all interpersonal relationships, especially in the business world.

Jon Santos, an influential comedian and actor, also delighted the event. In celebration of the upcoming Women's month on March, he came up to the stage dressed up as Wonder Woman's Gal Gadot and talked about the women in the workforce and how they can rise up as great leaders. The unique motherly nature of women also adds to the special kind of leadership that they possess.

It was an afternoon filled with insightful discussions, entertainment and prizes. Being a leader in the executive recruitment space, RGF also seeks to be at the forefront of ethics and values.
